Role & responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders on priorities, people matters, and HR initiatives.
- Drive core HRBP processes, including PMS, goal setting, ratings, PIP, and employee engagement.
- Lead HR projects and stakeholder initiatives independently.
- Use data, Excel, and AI tools to drive effective HR decisions.
- Stay updated on emerging HR practices and technologies.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong hands-on HRBP and PMS exposure.
- Good understanding of performance management and PIP processes.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools.
- Confident stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Data-driven, proactive, execution-focused, and cutting-edge.
