We are looking for a results-driven, people-oriented, and operationally sound skilled to join our team as a Sales Executive– Aesthetic & Wellness Center. This role is pivotal in managing the end-to-end operations of a busy medical aesthetic clinic offering services in dermatology, slimming, beauty, laser hair reduction, and wellness therapies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure daily operational excellence across all service areas including laser, slimming, beauty, and wellness.
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and workflow to ensure efficient clinic operations.




- Monitor adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure implementation of quality standards across departments.
- Conduct regular audits of hygiene, infrastructure, consumables, and client zones to maintain top-tier clinic presentation.

. Sales & Business Development
- Drive the achievement of monthly revenue targets for the center through upselling, renewals, and referrals.
- Conduct regular team huddles and sales reviews to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Doctors to launch promotional offers and organize in-clinic events or wellness drives.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
