is Fitsol's B2B marketplace for verified, sustainable sourcing — live today, with active suppliers and buyers already using it. It's a closed marketplace: supply is vetted and onboarded deliberately, not grown via open self-serve. The first version has traction, but the category is still being defined — what's next for Greenfind isn't public yet, and you'll be the one shaping it.

The Role

We're hiring a PM to own Greenfind's product end-to-end — the full experience on both sides of the marketplace, buy and sell. This is a 0→1 role, not a "manage the backlog" one — and not a pure growth-PM role either: discoverability is one input into a product you're building from scratch, with revenue tied directly to your decisions and scope that expands as the marketplace scales.

What you'll do
- Own the roadmap for Greenfind — from discovery to shipped feature to adoption, building on a live product with existing traction
- Own the full sell-side product experience — supplier onboarding,



listing quality, data structure — for a vetted, closed supply base
- Own the full buy-side product experience — search, matching, browse, and the discoverability that gets buyers to the right supplier quick; this includes buyer-facing growth loops (SEO/content-led acquisition, activation funnels) since buy-side is open
- Talk to buyers and suppliers directly; build decisions on real friction, not assumptions
- Define what's next for the category — positioning, trust, and expansion into adjacent supply areas not yet live
- Work closely with engineering to scope and ship fast, with tight feedback loops
- Define and track metrics across both sides — supplier data quality and match rate on the sell side, buyer acquisition/activation/repeat usage on the buy side, with a direct line to revenue
- Make calls with incomplete information and own the outcome
