What You’ll Do
- Visit schools and meet Principals, Coordinators, School Management, and other decision-makers.
- Present our education solutions and demonstrate how they can create better learning outcomes.




- Understand the needs of schools and communicate the right solutions.
- Follow up with prospects and build strong professional relationships.
- Work on leads provided by the company and convert them into meaningful business opportunities.
- Maintain regular field activity and meet schools across your assigned territory.
- Keep your daily activities and follow-ups updated in the CRM.
- Work closely with the Academic, Marketing, and Operations teams to take opportunities forward.
- Learn the complete B2B sales process—from your first school visit to closing the opportunity.

What We’re Looking For
- Fresh MBA graduates, especially from Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or related specializations.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales or business development. Freshers are welcome.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good presentation skills and the confidence to speak with school leader
