About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
AWS BI Developer
with strong hands-on expertise in
Amazon QuickSight, Power BI, AWS Glue, Amazon Redshift, and Microsoft SQL Server
. The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable BI solutions, building ETL/ELT pipelines, creating interactive dashboards, and transforming business requirements into actionable data insights.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize BI solutions using
Amazon QuickSight and Power BI
.
- Create interactive dashboards, reports, KPIs, charts, and data visualizations.
- Develop and maintain
AWS Glue Jobs
for ETL/ELT data processing.
- Build, maintain, and optimize data warehouse solutions using
Amazon Redshift
.
- Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, CTEs, joins, and database objects using
Microsoft SQL Server
.
- Connect BI tools with data sources such as
Amazon Redshift, S3, SQL Server
,



and other supported data sources.
- Create and optimize
QuickSight datasets, calculated fields, filters, parameters, and dashboards
.
- Develop
Power BI reports, dashboards, data models, measures, and visualizations
.
- Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into centralized reporting systems.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
- Optimize SQL queries, ETL processes, datasets, and dashboard performance.
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, integrity, and consistency across reporting systems.
- Troubleshoot issues related to
AWS Glue, Redshift, SQL Server, QuickSight, and Power BI
.

Required Skills
- 3+ years
of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- Robust hands-on experience with
Amazon QuickSight – Mandatory
