Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented State Head – Sales & Operations to lead and expand our Solar EPC business across Karnataka.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of the solar industry and EPC projects, and a proven track record in managing sales, operations, project coordination, and business growth across residential and commercial solar projects.

This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving revenue growth while ensuring smooth execution and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales and operations for residential and commercial Solar EPC projects.




- Develop and execute strategies to expand the company’s presence and market share across Karnataka.
- Generate new business opportunities through direct sales, channel partners, corporate clients, builders, consultants, and other relevant networks.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to negotiation and project closure.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with key customers, business partners, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, project, and installation teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, customer satisfaction, and commercial performance.
- Lead, motivate, and manage sales and operational teams.
- Prepare and monitor sales targets, project pipelines, revenue forecasts, and operational KPIs.
