Role & responsibilities :

1. Preparation of monthly Flash [Sales and Profitability Flash] reporting with variance analysis,

2. Reporting of regional TBs and generate Consolidated MIS for the region,

3. Preparation of BCM deck [monthly reporting deck along with schedules of Inventory, Receivables, Payables, Advance and Forecast, etc.]

4. Preparation and circulation of weekly/Monthly Reports Inventory Ageing, Forward Orders Report, PR Report, ATC Report, Weekly and Monthly WC and Claim Report update for COO office
- Regional Financial Reporting and analysis as per TAT :

1. Monthly closing entries like Prepaid, Provision and revaluation etc.

2. Inventory Reconciliation books vs warehouse (Value and Qty wise),

3. Analysis of profitability estimated vs actual PCS wise.

4. Analysis of all the expenses vs Budget and reasoning of variance

5. Monthly Deal wise and expense wise profitability review and corrective actions as appropriate

6. Agents Commission working

7. Analysis of working capital components, ageing,



and work with FC to keep it at sustainable level

8. Any other adhoc details require by business, corporate finance office/corporate tax office like yearly sales, variance analysis, SEBI submission for default cases etc.
- Internal / Statutory Audit Requirements region wise like submission of Sales, AR, AP and Other Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss schedules, Sales reconciliation and dealing with Ops team for submission of docs related to Trades
- Monthly follow up on IAR action point for Metals
- Any other duties as assigned by management

Preferred candidate profile

Experience of 3-4 years post qualification with experience in reporting, analysis and R to R background.
- Technical Competences Hands on experience of working on ERP/SAP system, Navision/Microsoft Agile 365 ,
- Working knowledge on IND Accounting Standards, Aware about updates from ICAI,
- Business knowledge, forex exposure, banking knowledge
