Primary responsibilities of a customer care executive
All customer service executives’ function with a prime responsibility to build a positive company image and offer dedicated customer satisfaction. Here are the typical duties of a customer service executive:
- The responsibility of the executive starts from receiving the customer’s purchase order, the order fulfilment and dispatch of the material.
- Further, the order fulfilment requires the executive to coordinate with the costing, accounts, prepress, tooling, production, and logistics.
- Coordinate the end-to-end process for producing samples and obtaining customer approval.
- Communicate to the customer about the latest order position and dispatch details.
- One point contact for the Customer to coordinate with all the internal departments for a more advanced form of query resolution.
· Follow up with the outstanding payments.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
- Establish a positive rapport with all clients and customers in person or via phone.
- Prepare reports based on customer satisfaction statistics.
- Interact with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience.
