Job Description – HR Manager Position: HR Manager Department: Human Resources Reporting To: Management / Director Location:GUWAHATI Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Manager to manage the organization’s human resources functions. The HR Manager will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, payroll coordination, compliance, training, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and attendance data. Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues professionally. Coordinate payroll, leave, attendance, and benefits administration. Conduct performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes. Identify training and development needs and coordinate training programs. Promote employee engagement, retention, and a positive workplace culture.



Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements. Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce-related analysis for management. Handle disciplinary procedures and grievance management when required. Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives. Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred. 5–8 years of relevant HR experience , preferably with managerial experience. Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, payroll, performance management, and HR compliance. Valuable understanding of applicable labour laws and statutory requirements. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/HR software.
