Role Description

The Facilities Manager at HubbleHut is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, safety,



and maintenance of the company’s offices and related infrastructure. This role includes managing building maintenance, coordinating with vendors and service providers, supervising housekeeping and security, and ensuring all facilities meet compliance, health, and safety standards. The Facilities Manager will monitor utilities and equipment performance, plan preventive maintenance, and address repair needs promptly to minimize downtime. The role also involves managing space utilization, supporting office moves or reconfigurations, and collaborating with internal teams to create a safe, efficient, and comfortable work environment. The Facilities Manager will prepare budgets and reports related to facilities operations and recommend improvements for cost efficiency and workplace experience.
