We are looking for a Social Media Manager to manage and grow our presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day publishing and content operations across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop and maintain monthly social media content calendars.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, carousel copy, and social media content.
- Work with creative, video, and marketing teams to plan and execute content.
- Manage the community across social platforms by responding to comments, DMs, and audience queries in a timely and authentic manner.
- Track social media performance on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Analyse metrics such as reach, engagement, views, follower growth, CTR, and other relevant KPIs.
- Translate performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for future content.
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, platform updates, and audience behaviour.

Requirements




- 2–4 years of experience in social media management or digital content.
- Hands-on experience managing Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Robust writing and communication skills.
- Good understanding of social media content formats and platform-specific best practices.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Canva or other basic content creation tools.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics platforms.
- Experience working with content, creative, education, finance, or other knowledge-driven brands.
- Understanding of short-form video content and YouTube content strategy.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
