About the Role

As a Sales Executive / Academic Counselor, you'll be the face of our organisation — helping students choose the right preparation program through counselling, follow-ups, and personalized guidance. You'll act as a mentor first, salesperson second — helping students solve real prep challenges, not just pushing a product.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound calls with students and parents
- Understand student needs (course level, exam attempt, challenges)



and recommend the right test series or program
- Build rapport, handle objections, and drive enrollments
- Follow up consistently via calls/WhatsApp to nurture leads
- Maintain CRM records and achieve monthly targets

Who We're Looking For
- Freshers: strong communication skills and a genuine interest in sales/counseling — no prior experience required
- Experienced (1-3 yrs): sales/counseling background, EdTech experience a plus
- Confident, fluent in Hindi and/or English
- Comfortable with target-driven, high-volume calling work
- Genuine interest in guiding students, not just closing calls
