Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified IT professionals for various US-based client requirements. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers, vendors, and candidates to ensure successful placements while maintaining excellent candidate relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Source, identify, and recruit qualified IT professionals for Contract, Contract-to-Hire (C2H), and Full-Time positions.
* Utilize job portals such as Dice,



Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing channels.
* Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
* Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
* Negotiate compensation rates and employment terms with candidates.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals across various technologies.
* Manage candidate records and recruitment activities through ATS platforms such as JobDiva, Bullhorn, CEIPAL, or similar tools.
* Collaborate with account managers, clients, and vendors to fulfill staffing requirements.
* Post job openings on multiple platforms and social media channels.
* Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular recruitment reports.
* Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
