Amenity is a growing consumer-focused company operating across packaged drinking water, water purifiers, and kitchen chimneys. We are looking for enthusiastic and communication-focused candidates to join our team as Telecaller Executives.

Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and potential leads.
- Explain our products, offers, and services clearly.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Candidate Requirements
- Good communication skills in Bengali and Hindi; basic English is preferred.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer/mobile knowledge.




- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior telecalling or sales experience will be an advantage.
