B2B SALES MANAGER – PRECISION PRODUCT MANUFACTURING

Job Purpose

To drive B2B sales and business development for precision-manufactured products through robust technical understanding, solution selling, new customer acquisition, key account management and market development.

This is a technical sales role requiring the candidate to independently understand customer requirements, participate in technical discussions and convert technical opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new B2B customers across industrial, engineering, automotive, OEM and allied manufacturing sectors.
- Identify new markets, customers and business opportunities through market mapping, references, exhibitions, customer visits and networking.
- Manage existing customers and increase repeat business, customer retention and share of business.




- Understand engineering drawings, product specifications, tolerances, materials, manufacturing processes, machining processes and customer application requirements.
- Independently participate in technical discussions with customer Purchase, Engineering, Design, Quality and Production teams.
- Understand customer technical requirements and coordinate with internal Design, Production and Quality teams to develop appropriate solutions.
- Identify opportunities for product development, alternate applications and value-added solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial and technical terms and convert enquiries into orders.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales, order booking and margin targets.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores and Dispatch to ensure customer commitments are met.
