Occupational Therapist – Special Education March Little Step is looking for a caring, skilled, and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team and support children with different developmental and learning needs. Key Responsibilities: * Provide individual and group occupational therapy sessions. * Work on fine motor skills, gross motor skills, sensory processing, coordination, balance, and daily living skills. * Develop individualized therapy goals and activities according to each child’s needs. * Support children in improving independence, attention, communication, and classroom participation. * Maintain therapy records and regularly monitor each child’s progress. * Coordinate with teachers, parents, and other therapists to provide holistic support. * Create a secure, friendly, and engaging environment for children.



Qualifications: * Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT). * Valid professional registration as applicable. * Experience working with children, especially children with developmental or special needs, will be an advantage. * Good communication skills, patience, empathy, and a child-friendly approach. Pay: ₹10,654.22 - ₹40,846.06 per month
