Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
- Understand manpower requirements and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, campus hiring, and networking.
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with functional heads and management.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and competency assessments.
- Manage bulk hiring and lateral hiring requirements across departments.

Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Provide regular recruitment status updates to management.
- Coordinate salary negotiations and offer discussions with selected candidates.

Employer Branding
- Strengthen the organization's employer brand through recruitment campaigns and social media platforms.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future positions.
- Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and industry networking events.





Recruitment Operations
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment MIS reports.
- Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, and cost-per-hire.
- Ensure timely release of offer letters and completion of joining formalities.
- Coordinate background verification and reference checks.

Team Management
- Guide and support recruitment executives and sourcing teams.
- Monitor individual recruiter performance and hiring targets.
- Implement best recruitment practices and process improvements.
