Social Media Executive

Location: West Delhi

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Work Mode: Work from Office

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, content strategy, audience engagement, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube accounts.
- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
- Create and maintain social media content calendars.
- Monitor engagement, reach, followers, and campaign performance.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, writers, and marketing teams.
- Identify current trends and develop growth-focused content strategies.
- Monitor audience interactions and manage community engagement.
- Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.
- Support brand-building and lead-generation campaigns.




- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and algorithms.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and audience behavior.
- Experience with Reels, Shorts, Carousels, Stories, and video content.
- Basic Canva and design coordination knowledge.
- Robust analytics and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Creative thinking with a results-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Political Science, or a related field.
- Experience in political, leadership, coaching, consulting, or public communication content will be an advantage.
