- Bringing business in the areas of RPO, FTE, Resource Augmentation, Contract Hiring, Staffing Solutions, C2H
- Excellent network across India and advantage if you have exposure to Middle East & South-East Asia market.
- Ability to strike CHRO, SPOC in Talent Acquisition, Stakeholders in the industry to generate recent business and revenue enhancement.
- New client acquisition, penetrate horizontally and vertically in new and existing accounts.

Client engagement responsibilities like:
- Acquisition of new clients
- Market research
- Agreement closures
- Account management & farming.
- Always a keen observer of Market trends and scanning the competition from Recruitment expansion prospective.
- Ability to scan and identify new opportunities and avenues for Business venturing and growth opportunities.
- Sector exposure Multi sector exposure preferred like FMCG/Food company, Automotive, Constructi
