Housekeeper Job Description

A housekeeper is responsible for keeping living or working spaces clean, tidy, and well-organized. They ensure a comfortable and hygienic setting for residents, guests, or staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting surfaces
- Washing dishes and cleaning appliances
- Changing bed linens and making beds
- Doing laundry, ironing, and folding clothes
- Restocking supplies like toiletries and cleaning products
- Disposing of trash and maintaining waste bins
- Reporting any maintenance issues or damages

Skills & Requirements
- Basic knowledge of cleaning methods and products
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
- Time management and ability to work independently
- Physical stamina (standing, bending, lifting)
- Trustworthiness and reliability

Work Environment
- Private homes, hotels, hospitals, or offices
- May work full-time, part-time, or on a contract basis

Pay: ₹25,086.00 - ₹35,126.68 per month
