Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads for better ROI and lead generation.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting strategies.
- Manage ad budgets and ensure effective spending.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and content requirements.
- Stay updated with Meta Ads trends, policies, and best practices.
- A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.

Requirements:
- Experience in running Meta Ads campaigns.
- Positive understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager.
- Knowledge of audience targeting, pixel setup, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads is an advantage.
- Experience with eCommerce or lead generation campaigns preferred.
