- Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective customers for PCD Pharma Franchise and Third Party Manufacturing business.
- Generate new leads through calling, WhatsApp, email, website enquiries and other sources.
- Explain the company’s product portfolio, PCD franchise opportunities, Third Party Manufacturing services, pricing and promotional schemes to clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and business opportunities.
- Follow up regularly with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed orders/business deals.
- Handle customer objections professionally and negotiate wherever required to close sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, franchise partners, stockists and pharma companies.
- Handle Third Party Manufacturing enquiries regarding product requirements, formulations, packaging, quantities, pricing and order status.
- Prepare and share product lists, quotations, price lists and promotional material with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase,



Dispatch and Accounts teams for smooth execution of confirmed orders.
- Follow up with customers regarding payments, outstanding amounts, dispatches and repeat orders.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution with the concerned department.
- Maintain complete and updated records of leads, calls, follow-ups, enquiries, orders and customer details in Excel/CRM.
- Maintain a proper daily call and follow-up report and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the reporting manager.
- Follow up on old/inactive customers and generate repeat business.
- Identify potential markets, customer requirements and competitor activities and share relevant feedback with management.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for proper follow-up of digital marketing leads and promotional campaigns.
