The Senior Account Executive in the Project Management team is responsible for coordinating and executing market research projects while acting as a bridge between clients, internal teams, and vendors. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Project Coordination & Execution
- Assist in planning, managing, and executing market research projects
- Develop project timelines, schedules, and work plans
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate with internal teams (research, data processing, operations)

Client Management
- Act as a point of contact for clients for project updates and queries
- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable project plans
- Maintain solid client relationships and ensure client satisfaction

Vendor & Fieldwork Management
- Liaise with fieldwork agencies, panel providers, and vendors
- Manage sample procurement and quota fulfillment
- Track field progress and resolve issues in real time





Data & Quality Management
- Ensure data quality by coordinating checks and validations
- Work with data processing teams for tabulation and reporting
- Identify and troubleshoot inconsistencies or project risks

Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare project status reports and updates
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
- Support in report preparation and presentation materials

Financial & Administrative Tasks
- Track project budgets and costs
- Assist in invoicing and financial reconciliation
- Ensure projects are delivered within allocated budgets

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Statistics, or related field)
- 2 - 3 years of experience in market research or project management (entry-level roles may vary)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Pow
