Job Description – Recruitment Sales / Business Development

Position: Recruitment Sales / Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities by identifying companies with active hiring requirements.

Develop leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, references, networking, and market research.

Connect with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Heads, Business Heads, and CXOs to understand their recruitment needs.

Pitch recruitment and staffing solutions including Permanent Hiring, Contract Staffing, Executive Search, RPO, and Bulk Hiring.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and hiring mandates.

Schedule client meetings and presentations to understand requirements and showcase recruitment capabilities.

Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate recruitment fees, contracts, payment terms, and service agreements.

Convert prospects into active clients and generate regular job mandates.





Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat and additional business.

Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are effectively delivered.

Follow up on open mandates, candidate closures, invoices, and collections where required.

Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, mandates, closures, revenue, and conversion ratios.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales, client acquisition, and revenue targets.
