Job Summary

The Lead Project Engineer will be part of the Front-End Engineering team, working closely with Engineering, Project Management, and other internal stakeholders to deliver technically sound solutions for complex and large-scale projects.

The role will act as a
Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Power Supply and Critical Power Systems
, providing technical guidance, solution development, and engineering expertise based on customer requirements, project specifications, quality standards, and commercial considerations.

The successful candidate will have solid knowledge of
power systems, power protection solutions, and associated electrical infrastructure
, with the ability to independently develop technical solutions for complex applications. The role will also involve mentoring engineers, reviewing technical designs, supporting project teams, and driving improvements to engineering processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities

Third-Party Supplier Management




- Coordinate technical discussions and clarifications with third-party suppliers.
- Review supplier technical submissions to ensure compliance with project and customer requirements.
- Support the evaluation and resolution of technical issues involving external suppliers.

Technical Solution & Engineering Support

For technically demanding and complex projects, the Lead Project Engineer will provide specialist engineering support and typically:
- Review customer specifications and identify critical or non-standard technical requirements.
- Assist Design Engineers in evaluating customer technical comments and preparing appropriate responses.
- Develop reliable and cost-effective engineering solutions while maintaining required quality standards.
- Prepare project-specific technical documentation, including technical data, calculations, test documentation, and engineering reports.
