JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a
Sales & Design Executive
who combines strong design expertise with client-facing and business development skills.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in
Textile Design, Surface Design, Fashion/Textile Design, Interior Design, or a related discipline
from a reputed design institute, along with
3–5 years of professional experience
.

This is not a conventional sales role. The candidate should be able to
understand a client's design requirements, develop or modify the design, create visual presentations, recommend suitable materials and finishes,



and convert the design conversation into a commercial chance.
The candidate should therefore have a combination of:

Design + Technical Understanding + Client Interaction + Sales Ability.

The candidate will work closely with architects, interior designers, design studios, and retail clients to develop customized wallpapers, murals, embroidered surfaces, motifs, textiles, and other wall-covering solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design-Led Sales
- Meet architects, interior designers, design studios, and retail clients to understand project requirements.
- Translate design briefs into suitable wallpaper, surface, textile, embroidery, and wallart solutions.
- Present relevant Artisan Craft products and develop customized concepts where required.
- Provide design-led recommendations rather than functioning only as a product salesperson.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert design discussions into q
