Java to Golang

What You’ll Do
- Design and develop high-scale backend services using Golang
- Build real-time APIs and microservices powering critical platforms
- Work on distributed systems handling millions of requests per day
- Improve performance, scalability, and reliability of backend systems
- Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and engineering teams
- Take end-to-end ownership of services from design to deployment

Must-Have Skills

✔ 1
–3 years of experience in Golang
✔ Strong understanding of
Data Structures & Algorithms
✔ Experience building
high-scale backend systems or APIs




✔ Solid knowledge of
Distributed Systems
✔ Hands-on experience with
Microservices architecture
Preferred Skills
➕ Experience migrating systems from
Java → Go
➕ Experience with
Redis, Kafka, Memcache, MySQL
➕ Familiarity with
event-driven systems and queues
➕ Experience building
real-time platforms or large-scale internet applications
➕ Exposure to
AWS / GCP / cloud-native infrastructure
