- Independently manage and oversee shift production across multiple shifts.
- Operate and supervise VMC, HMC, and special-purpose machines.
- Perform CNC programming and conduct part prove-outs.
- Lead and manage unionized, non-unionized workforce, and trainees while maintaining discipline.
- Ensure achievement of production targets, productivity, quality, and operational efficiency during shifts.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Implement and sustain best shop-floor practices aligned with EHS and Lean standards Role & responsibilities
