2. Role Purpose

The Assistant Manager – VOIP Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth through acquisition of new customers, development of existing accounts and expansion of the company's VoIP and telecom solutions portfolio.

The role will focus on B2B/Enterprise sales of VoIP, SIP Trunking, DID/Virtual Numbers, Cloud PBX, Hosted PBX, UCaaS, Contact Centre and related communication solutions, while managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and customer onboarding.

Preferred candidate profile

Key Responsibilities :

A. Business Development & New Customer Acquisition
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities across Enterprise,



SME, BPO, Contact Centre and other target segments.
- Generate leads through direct prospecting, references, networking, digital channels, industry events and channel partners.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
- Conduct customer meetings, discovery sessions, product presentations and solution demonstrations.
- Understand customer communication requirements and position appropriate VoIP/telecom solutions.

B. VOIP / Telecom Solution Sales

Drive sales of solutions including:
- SIP Trunks
- VoIP / International Voice
- DID / Virtual Numbers
- Toll-Free / International Numbers
- Hosted / Cloud PBX
- UCaaS / Unified Communications
- Contact Centre / Cloud Contact Centre
- Auto Dialer / Predictive Dialer
- Voice APIs / CPaaS
- MS Teams Direct Routing / Operator Connect
- Call Recording and related communication solutions
