- Understand the business, target audience and objectives.
- Convert marketing briefs into strong creative directions.
- Challenge briefs when necessary and bring strategic creative thinking.

3. Concept & Idea Development
- Develop campaign concepts, creative territories and big ideas.
- Generate creative ideas for social media, digital campaigns, launches and brand communication.
- Ensure ideas are relevant to the platform and audience.

4. Creative Strategy
- Develop creative strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
- Define tone of voice, visual language and communication approach.
- Ensure creative thinking is integrated with performance and digital strategy.
