Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused B.Com Fresher to join our retail sales team. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in building a career in Retail Sales and Store Operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs and budget.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, offers, and benefits.
- Support the store team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide professional assistance.
- Assist with POS billing, payments, exchanges, and returns.
- Maintain proper product displays and store cleanliness.
- Assist with stock arrangement, replenishment, and inventory checks.
- Maintain basic sales, customer, and inventory records.
- Support promotional activities and in-store campaigns.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager and team for smooth daily operations.




- Learn product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer-handling practices.

Requirements
- Education: B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) – Freshers.
- Experience: Freshers can apply.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of POS billing or retail operations is an added advantage.
- Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented personality.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop a career in retail.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
