Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage TTO operations, machines and coding accuracy.
- Handle manpower, shifts and operator training.
- Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Maintenance and Stores.
- Monitor downtime, breakdowns, ribbon usage and rejections.
- Ensure SOP, GMP, hygiene and food safety compliance.
- Maintain TTO records and performance reports.
- Troubleshoot TTO issues and ensure smooth changeovers.
- Experience: 4-7 years in FMCG/food/packaging/manufacturing.
