We are looking for a data-driven Google & Meta Ads Expert to lead our paid acquisition strategy. In this role, you will design, execute, and scale ad campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. Your main goal is to optimize our advertising spend, drive high-quality traffic, and maximize our Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy: Plan and launch end-to-end paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Daily Optimization: Monitor daily performance, adjust bidding strategies, manage budgets, and refine target keywords.
- Audience Targeting: Define and build high-converting audience segments using lookalikes, custom audiences, and remarketing.
- Creative Testing: Collaborate with designers to develop, test, and refresh high-performing ad creatives and copy.
- Data & Analytics: Set up clean tracking pixels, conversions, and events to ensure precise data reporting.
- Performance Analysis: Review performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC) daily to catch and solve performance drops.

Create weekly and monthly performance reports with clear, actionable insights for leadership.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google and Meta ad accounts.
- Technical Skills: Mastery of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Dashboard, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Track Record: Proven history of managing ad budgets effectively and hitting growth or ROI targets.
- Testing Mindset: Strong experience with A/B testing ad formats, hooks, copy, and landing pages.
- Certifications: Google Ads or Meta Certified Media Buying Professional status is a strong plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical thinking, solid organization, and clear communication.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
