Position: Marketing & Events Executive

1. Marketing
- Develop and execute marketing plans for company projects and brands.
- Plan monthly promotional activities and campaigns.
- Coordinate branding, promotional materials and marketing collaterals.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and partnerships.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Track marketing performance and prepare monthly reports.

2. Digital Marketing
- Manage social media platforms and monthly content calendars.
- Plan and execute Meta, Google and other digital campaigns.
- Generate qualified leads through online campaigns.
- Manage content, reels, creatives and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor reach, engagement, CPL, conversions and campaign ROI.
- Improve digital presence and audience growth.

3. Client Acquisition – Online & Offline
- Generate new business leads through online and offline channels.
- Identify and approach potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media and networking.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations.
- Arrange site visits and follow up with prospective clients.
- Develop relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Maintain a proper lead database and follow-up pipeline.
- Convert prospects into clients and contribute to revenue generation.
