Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven HoReCa Sales Manager to lead business development and sales growth across the Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering (HoReCa) segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new B2B customers, managing key accounts, increasing product penetration, and driving revenue growth within the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the HoReCa channel.
- Identify, acquire, and onboard new hotels, restaurants, cafs, catering companies, cloud kitchens, and institutional customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and procurement teams.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts through cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, contracts, and payment terms.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with supply chain, operations,



and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Track sales performance, maintain CRM records, and generate business reports.
- Handle receivables and ensure timely collections from customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HoReCa, FMCG, Food Ingredients, Beverages, Hospitality Supplies, or Institutional Sales.
- Robust understanding of the HoReCa market and customer ecosystem.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities and close high-value deals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
