1. Job Purpose

To drive sales and business development for 155 mm Defence Bombshells by identifying and developing business opportunities with defence customers, authorized agencies, and strategic partners in India, European and Israel customer. The role will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing customer relationships, coordinating technical and commercial requirements, and supporting the organizations defence business growth.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies for 155 mm Defence Bombshells.
- Identify recent business opportunities in the defence sector and develop a strong sales pipeline.
- Generate enquiries and convert qualified opportunities into orders.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with defence customers, authorized procurement agencies, and strategic partners.
- Track defence procurement opportunities, tenders, requirements, and upcoming projects.




- Prepare and submit commercial proposals, quotations, and other required documents in coordination with the concerned departments.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, purchase orders, and payments.

B. Defence Customer & Market Management
- Develop a thorough understanding of the defence ammunition market and customer requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with relevant defence organizations and authorized stakeholders.
- Understand product specifications, quality requirements, approvals, certifications, and customer expectations.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and business opportunities.
- Provide regular market intelligence and competitor analysis to management.
- Explore opportunities for long-term contracts, repeat orders, and strategic business partnerships.
