Position Description

The Material Management Executive (Shipping) will be responsible to monitor the daily operation of Shipping Team, who will be reported to the Material Management Specialist (Shipping) while working closely with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations of daily activities and streamline the workflow.
What You'll Do
- Lead, develop and motivate staff for continuous improvement




- Assist in developing standard operation procedure (SOP) and key performance indicators (KPI)
- Ensure all invoices are issued accurately as per the quotations
- Monitor the compliance of SOP and performance of KPI defined
- Provide guidance and coaching to Assistant Material Management Executive, Shipping
- Assist export/import operations and documentations under minimal supervision
- Ensure all invoices are issued accurately as per the quotations
- Handle DG shipment in accordance with Transportation of Dangerous Good by Air (IATA) & Transportation of Dangerous Positive by Sea (IMDG)
- Monitor the compliance of SOP and performance of KPI defined.
- Assist in project preparation and analysis (e.g. logistics service providers tendering)
What You'll Need
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience for Higher Diploma / Degree holder in relevant disciplines or equivalent
- Good communication and interpersonal skil
