About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Technical Recruiter who enjoys recruitment as a profession and is passionate about identifying and closing high-quality technology talent.

This is a hands-on Individual Contributor role where you will work closely with our GCC customers and existing enterprise clients, managing end-to-end recruitment for engineering and senior technology positions.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a staffing/recruitment environment, supporting GCC customers and senior-level technology hiring mandates. You should be someone who enjoys challenging searches, understands the technology talent market and wants to build expertise as a recruiter rather than move immediately into people management.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering and technology positions.




- Work on requirements across GCC customers as well as existing enterprise clients.
- Handle mid-to-senior and niche technology hiring, including Staff, Principal, Architect, Engineering Manager and other senior engineering roles.
- Source and engage passive candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, networking and other sourcing channels.
- Understand technical JDs and develop effective sourcing and talent-mapping strategies.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for niche and difficult-to-close engineering positions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand requirements and provide market insights.
- Manage candidates through the complete recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, coordination, offer management and closure.
- Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment metrics, pipeline status and closures.
