EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
- CMA (Qualified)
- B. Com / M. Com / BBM / BBA preferred
- Solid academic background in Accounting, Costing, Taxation, and Finance

WORK EXPERIENCE (Industry, Area of experience, Years of Experience)
- Fresher to 3 year of experience
- Experience or internship in Finance & Accounts, Costing, Audit, MIS Reporting, or Commercial functions preferred
- Exposure to ERP systems, invoicing, budgeting, or reconciliation activities will be an added advantage
- Candidates from Construction, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, or Engineering industries preferred

- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic accounting software
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
- Ability to work within timelines and handle multiple tasks

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in preparation of cost sheets, MIS reports, and financial statements
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities
- Maintain and update accounting records and financial data
- Assist in invoice verification, vendor reconciliation, and payment tracking
- Coordinate with project teams and internal departments for financial inputs
- Monitor project costs and support cost control initiatives
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
- Support internal and external audit requirements
- Prepare reports related to expenses, labour costs, and material consumption
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities
- Analyze financial data and provide support for management decision-making
- Ensure timely completion
