Job Summary
We are looking for an
Assistant Project Manager
to support the Project Manager in managing daily operations, team performance, project execution, and coordination between office and field teams. The role requires strong ownership, follow-up, problem-solving, and people-management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager in managing daily operations, timelines, and project targets.
- Coordinate between Team Leads, Field Supervisors, Operations teams, and office functions.




- Monitor productivity, KPIs, task completion, and operational performance.
- Conduct regular team follow-ups and ensure clear priorities and accountability.
- Identify operational issues and ensure timely resolution or escalation.
- Ensure SOPs, company policies, and operational processes are followed.
- Maintain operational trackers, reports, and project documentation.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
- Track delays, risks, resource requirements, and project progress.
- Support resource planning and allocation based on project requirements.
- Escalate critical operational issues to the Project Manager.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is an advantage.
- 3–6 years of experience in Operations, Project Coordination, Team Management, BPO, Logistics, AI Operations, or a related field.
