Role & responsibilities
- Process Monitoring
- Assistance in planning of annual departmental Budget
- Implementation of Improvement plans/various schemes
- System compliance
- Preparation of MOC, RCA ,HAZOP ,HIRA,Aspect Impact ( data Collection , checking relevancy with plant & final document , approval with preparation of TS note, schematic drawing preparation ,PNID updation, Check for payback )




- Carrying out periodic plant audits in co -ordination with operation group.
- Compilation of all relevant data in case of all process failures / equipment breakdowns / Customer complaints.
- Carry out plant audits w.r.t. Safety, process, and energy conservation as scheduled.
- Execution of failure analysis recommendations to avoid recurrence.
- To work in cross functional team and conduct RCA when required
- To do technical evaluation of newer equipment & Instrumentation and provide procurement assistance to purchase department.

Preferred candidate profile

B.E./B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering

Additional qualification on SAP will have added advantage
