Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Design Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in Machine Design, Industrial Automation, or Special Purpose Machine (SPM) Design. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of SolidWorks and AutoCAD and hands-on experience in designing machine components, assemblies, fixtures, and automation equipment.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop machine components, assemblies, fixtures, and automation equipment.
- Create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks.
- Prepare 2D drawings and layouts using AutoCAD.
- Develop machine layouts, fabrication drawings, and assembly drawings.
- Prepare and maintain BOMs and technical documentation.
- Perform basic design calculations and component selection.
- Coordinate with production, electrical, and project teams for successful machine development.
- Select standard components such as bearings,



shafts, linear guides, actuators, and pneumatic components.
- Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and easy to manufacture and assemble.
- Support machine assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and design modifications.
- Maintain drawing revisions and engineering documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Machine Design / Industrial Automation / SPM Design.
- Robust proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of machine elements, fabrication, machining, and assembly practices.
- Basic knowledge of pneumatic systems, linear motion components, bearings, motors, and actuators.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 pe
