About the Function
The Independent Hotels team, part of the Domestic Hotel supply function, is responsible for overseeing the supply of independent hotels located throughout India. The Independent Hotels team has more than 70000+ hotels contracted on our platforms

About the Role
As a Business Development Associate your key objective is growing the coverage and quality of MakeMyTrip & GoIbibo hotel supply network.You will take care of a large portfolio of emerging hotel partners and assist in partnership related functions at scale.

What will you be doing
- Contact high growth hotel partners to highlight room night & revenue growth
opportunities and maximize sales
- Contact new or potential hotel partners to encourage completion of their online listing




- Encourage program participation through focused project sprints
- Communicate efficiently with partners through various communication methods including
phone, email, messaging and webinars
- Train and inform partners on our technologies, tools, extranet and models
- Familiarize hotel partners about different channels of sale and how to maximise their sales
through them
- Prioritize daily tasks, monitor results and track progress in internal systems

Key Success Factors for the Role:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Should possess basic computer skills
- Analytical and proven track record of using data to drive achievements and make decisions
- Ability to work under pressure and with high ownership
