Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible ANFD (Agitated Nutsche Filter Dryer) Operator to operate and monitor ANFD equipment in our chemical manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for carrying out filtration, washing, drying, discharge, and cleaning activities as per approved procedures while ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and GMP compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the Agitated Nutsche Filter Dryer (ANFD) as per SOPs and batch requirements.
- Carry out filtration, washing, slurry handling, drying, and product discharge operations.
- Monitor key process parameters such as temperature, vacuum, pressure, agitation, and drying conditions.
- Ensure proper charging and discharging of material as per the batch manufacturing process.
- Coordinate with the Production Supervisor and other departments for smooth production activities.
- Maintain equipment logbooks, batch records, and other production documentation.
- Ensure proper cleaning and cleaning verification of ANFD equipment before and after batch operations.




- Identify any abnormal equipment conditions, leakage, process deviations, or safety concerns and report them immediately.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance Department in case of equipment breakdown or malfunction.

Candidate Requirements
- Education: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc. Chemistry or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 1–5 years of experience in a chemical, pharmaceutical, API, or speciality chemical manufacturing industry.
- Experience in operating ANFD / Nutsche Filter / Filter Dryer equipment will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes and equipment operation.

Pay: ₹12,323.99 - ₹25,000.00 per month
