**OMS tech lead**

**Responsibilities**

Lead end-to-end **technical design** for Salesforce OMS implementations.

Design and implement **Salesforce Order Management (OMS)** capabilities:
- Order lifecycle management
- Fulfillment workflows
- Inventory visibility (ATP/ATO concepts)
- Returns, exchanges, cancellations

Integrate OMS with **Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C/B2B)** or external eCommerce platforms.
- Work closely with **business stakeholders, product owners, and architects**.
- Translate business requirements into **technical designs and user stories**.

Design Integrations With
- Payment gateways
- ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Logistics/Shipping providers

Ensure **CI/CD processes** and DevOps practices using tools like Jenkins.
- Implement Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices. Typical Salesforce implementations include custom platform development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Flows, ,



integrations with back office systems (often through the use of middleware tools) and complex data migrations
- Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation

Experience /Knowledge Required
- Experience defining and delivering enterprise applications on the Salesforce platform

Knowledge Of
- Order orchestration, fulfillment flows
- Inventory and supply chain concepts
- Experience in **eCommerce domain is mandatory**.

Qualified/technical Skills
- 5+ years project experience in a hands-on technical leadership position
- 4+ years or more experience with Salesforce Platform in a Development Capacity
- 2+ years or more experience in Salesforce OMS
- Knowledge of Salesforce Best Practices using Apex and Visualforce
- Experience building integrations with Salesforce and 3rd-party APIs with the Salesforce platform. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce SOAP API, REST API, an
