- Follow Yemko recipes and portion sizes.
- Keep the kitchen and cooking area clean and hygienic.
- Check and manage food ingredients and stock.
- Maintain proper food storage and reduce wastage.
- Work efficiently during busy hours.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Previous experience in a café, quick-food shop or restaurant is preferred.
- Good attitude, punctuality and teamwork are important.
