Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including forecasting, demand planning, and field force management.

Job Requirements :
- 15-20 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as Deputy National Sales Manager or similar role.
- Solid skills in demand planning, forecasting, sales analysis, SAP implementation (or equivalent).
- Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving revenue growth.
