- Prepare detailed quantity estimates based on drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Prepare, review, and process client and contractor bills.
- Verify quantities from drawings and measurement sheets.
- Prepare and maintain Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Analyse tender documents and assist in preparing bid estimates.
- Monitor project costs and prepare cost comparison statements.
- Coordinate with procurement and project teams for material quantity reconciliation.
- Prepare variation statements, extra item estimates, and rate analysis.
- Maintain billing records, estimation reports, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and billing procedures.
- Support management with MIS reports related to project costs and billing.
