1. JOB PURPOSE:

To drive franchise, dealer, and distribution network expansion for The Concrete Shop®, a design-led

concrete brand by Aarya Precast India Pvt. Ltd., by managing end-to-end sales, lead generation, and

channel development activities. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, acquiring

customers, onboarding franchise partners, and providing continuous support and handholding to

ensure successful business operations, sustained growth, and strong market presence.
