Key Responsibilities

Develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications.

Work extensively on ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.

Develop Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Data Policies.

Configure Workflows / Flow Designer and approval processes.

Develop and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, and Catalog Client Scripts.

Implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.

Work with IntegrationHub and MID Server for enterprise integrations.

Configure and customize forms, lists, tables, fields, ACLs, and notifications.

Develop reusable scripts using JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting APIs.

Work on CMDB and Discovery where required.

Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.

Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and support.





Follow ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards.

Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, architects, and other technical teams.

Mandatory Skills

3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM.

Excellent JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills.
